Do to recent contract wins, we are currently looking for an Maintenance Electrician to carry out commercial building maintenance tasks within central London

The Maintenance Electrician is required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within commercial environments

The role will be to carry out planned checks to tenant and land lord areas within commercial properties. This includes fire alarm tests, emergency light checks and tests, flick test, socket changes, replacing light fittings and general power and lighting repairs within commercial buildings - including plant rooms

Must be fully qualified electrically, ideally to 18th edition

Must have at least 3 years UK commercial building maintenance experience
