Marketing Manager
Location: North Warwickshire (Office-Based)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience)
Full UK Driving Licence and Access to a Car Required
I'm working exclusively with a well-established client in the events industry who is looking to hire a talented Marketing Manager to join their Warwickshire-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on marketer who's ready to take ownership of a full 360 role and lead a small team.
Due to the rural location of the office, a car and full UK driving licence are essential.
The Role:
This is an office-based position where you'll be responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You'll also have line management responsibility for two Marketing Executives, so prior leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Managing and optimising PPC advertising (Google Ads, paid social)
Maintaining and improving the website using WordPress and Elementor
Writing engaging content and marketing copy for various platforms
Managing HubSpot CRM including email automation and lead nurturing
Reporting on campaign performance and driving continuous improvement
Leading, mentoring, and developing two Marketing Executives
Supporting the marketing and promotion of live events and exhibitions
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a broad marketing role (ideally within the events sector)
Strong skills in PPC, content, website management, and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a bonus)
Experience using WordPress and Elementor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous team management or mentoring experience
Ability to work across multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and own transport (location not accessible by public transport)
Comfortable working full-time in the office
