IT First Line Support - London City Law firm

Office based - 30-35k + Excellent Bens

Law firm in the city of London have a new requirement for an IT First Line Support specialist.

You will provide the first point of contact to assist solicitors and support staff with all IT issues, networked PCs, laptops, telephones, mobile phones, and remote working related issues

You will report to the office manager and be responsible for liaising with the firm’s external IT consultants in respect of the procurement, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and software, and for maintaining inventories and licensing records for the firm.

Assisting generally around the office to support other members of staff in making sure that the office runs smoothly.

Main responsibilities

Day to-day support of users with hardware and software issues including: Microsoft 365

General issues/problems arising for users: MS Teams/Conference Calling, Outlook, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Publisher.

Managing the IT administration of new starters and leavers including PC, telephone and security access and setting up new starters on Outlook/accounts on various websites

Setting up remote working capability.

Setting up of office mobile phones.

Liaising with external consultants to arrange maintenance and repair of IT equipment and the purchase of IT equipment and software.

Assisting front of house with setting up meeting rooms for seminars
