What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a small, multi‑disciplinary dev team
Stay hands‑on while owning architecture and technical direction
Drive delivery standards, code quality and best practices
Support JavaScript + C# teams across modern web projects
Shape future processes, workflows and engineering strategy
What We’re Looking For

Strong Senior/Lead Developer with full‑stack JavaScript experience
Comfortable guiding others and influencing architecture
Experience with mentoring, coaching or small‑team leadership
Exposure to cloud, APIs and AI‑enabled system integrations
Ambition to grow into a larger leadership role over time
Package

£70k–£80k salary + £32k share scheme
Hybrid working (office + home)
