Job Title: Nights HLOP operator - Minworth, Sutton Coldfield
Location: Sutton Coldfield

Pay Rate: £15.56 per hour

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday
8:00 PM - 5:00 AMContract Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a HLOP to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders at height.
Work in line with warehouse processes and strict health & safety procedures.
Accurately pick stock from high-level locations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' warehouse experience is essential.
Previous experience operating a HLOP truck is essential.
A valid, in-date HLOP licence/certificate is required.
VNA experience is desirable but not essential.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Willingness to commit to a long-term role and progress within the business.
