Location: Melksham, Wiltshire
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Production Technician with a background in electronics or assembly? We're currently partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Melksham, who are looking to expand their production team with skilled technicians.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong order book heading in 2025, a great team environment, and a reputation for high-quality, specialist electronic products.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assembling and manufacturing electronic products to specification
Working with soldering irons, handheld crimp tools, and heat-shrink materials
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring diagrams
Following build procedures and adhering to health & safety standards
Collaborating with the test team on inspections and in-process testing
Highlighting and reporting any build issues to the Production SupervisorWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or production assembly
Confident with hand tools, soldering, and crimping
Able to follow technical instructions and engineering drawings
A qualification in Electronics or Engineering is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitudeWhat's On Offer:
