About the School
A high-achieving secondary school in Maidenhead, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, is currently looking to appoint two exceptional educators for September 2025:

Maths Teacher

Physics Teacher

These are full-time, permanent roles based in a supportive and well-resourced school, set on a beautiful campus with modern facilities and a strong focus on staff development and student achievement.

Maths Teacher - Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across KS3-KS5.

Inspire a love of numbers, logic, and problem-solving in students of all abilities.

Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress in line with departmental expectations.

Contribute to the Maths department's schemes of work and enrichment programmes.

Promote a positive, high-expectation learning environment.

Physics Teacher - Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exciting and rigorous Physics lessons across KS3-KS5.

Use experiments, demonstrations, and real-world applications to enhance student understanding.

Monitor academic progress and adapt teaching accordingly.

Participate in department planning, resources, and extra-curricular STEM opportunities.

Maintain high standards of behaviour, curiosity, and academic challenge.

Candidate Requirements (for both posts):

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Demonstrated ability to teach to a high standard across the relevant key stages.

Strong subject knowledge in either Maths or Physics.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

A team-player attitude with a proactive, reflective approach to teaching.
