ROLE:                  Employment Solicitor
LOCATION:          Chelmsford
SALARY:              £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
PQE:                     2+ years

The Role
Opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a growing team
Working closely with the Managing Director and experienced colleagues
Advising new and existing clients with practical, commercially focused advice
Playing a key role in maintaining exceptional service standardsKey Responsibilities 
Building strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
Advising individuals on employment disputes and workplace issues
Supporting businesses with day-to-day employment and HR matters
Contributing to team targets, KPIs, and business development activityAbout You 
Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Employment Law
Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing manner
Professional, ethical, and positive in a fast-paced environment
