Our client is seeking a Client Services and Regulatory Coordinator to join their team. This pivotal role will support the smooth and efficient daily operations of the firm, ensuring seamless service for both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities - Client Services & Regulatory Coordinator
The primary focus of this role is onboarding new clients by processing their details into internal systems, as well as updating HMRC records and Companies House filings.
To conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks using specialist software
Prepare and manage client onboarding documentation
Use Xero and other accountancy software packages effectively
Maintain and update internal databases
Monitor client statutory deadlines and generate relevant reports
Communicate with clients via phone and email to request records and information
Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with clients
Answer and route incoming telephone calls appropriately
Support company directors with administrative tasks as required
Identify and suggest improvements to enhance business efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements - Client Services & Regulatory Coordinator
Highly organised, methodical, analytical and disciplined.
Excellent communicator
Adopts a positive attitude, willing to assist others when busy,
Able to work under pressure on occasions to achieve deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
Able to prioritise and plan own workload.
Has previous office-based experience at least 5 years, as well as knowledge of Microsoft 365 and excel.
Keen to learn, develop and progress
