Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and models using Revit and other CAD/BIM software.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop efficient and buildable design solutions.
Carry out site visits and surveys, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with current building regulations and design intent.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and wider project teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.Qualifications and Experience for this Architectural Technologist role:

A degree or HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and technical drawing skills.Why Join?
