Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
Experience handling a wide range of planning issues
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
A proactive and motivated approach, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality work and building lasting client relationshipsResponsibilities:

Providing expert commercial planning advice to clients
Preparing high-quality reports and planning submissions
Managing and liaising with technical consultants
Building and maintaining client relationships
Engaging proactively with local planning authorities and key stakeholders
Representing client interests throughout the planning process
