Job Title: Business Services Administrator

Location: Fully office based, Grangemouth office

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

About the Role:

Our small Business Services Team supports the whole business and excellent communication and organisational skills are key to the success of this role.

The remit covers:

Full administrative support for the business
Reception and switchboard cover
Document management
Mail and couriers
Fleet management support and maintenance
Meetings and events support
Other duties, as appropriateAbout you:

Essential skills and experience :

A minimum of 2 years in an admin support role
Good working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite
50wpm typing speed minBehaviours:

Teamworking skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Quality approach to work - first time, on time
Takes ownership of all tasks
Collaborative and willing to learnQualifications:

An HNC, or equivalent, in Business Administration is desirable
Educated to NAT5 level, or equivalent, in English and Maths would be advantageousAdditional information:

Some overtime may be necessary in times of peak workload (notice will be given)
The role may require travel, with notice, to other office locations
A full clean driving licence is desirable
Legal right to live and work in the UK is required
