1st Line Technical Support – Office-Based | Luton
Technical Support Desk | Helpdesk | Product Support
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Monthly Bonus
Location: Luton (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

With over 60 years of industry expertise, our client specialises in Door Entry, CCTV, Home Automation, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarm solutions. They’re now looking for a motivated 1st Line Technical Support professional to join their HQ in Luton.
The Role:
This is a full-time, office-based position providing first-line technical support to installers, engineers, and customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional service across a range of security technology products.
What You’ll Need:
Experience in a 1st Line Support, Helpdesk, or customer-facing tech support role
A background in IT, Electronics, or a related technical field
Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident using helpdesk software, email, and remote support toolsYour Day-to-Day:
Handle tech queries via phone, email & remote tools
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues
Log and manage support tickets
Escalate complex problems to the 2nd line team
Keep up to date with product updates and system releasesWhat’s on Offer:
