Our client, a leading regional law firm with a highly regarded Property and Development practice, is seeking a Plot Sales Legal Assistant to join their busy and friendly team in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the firm's residential development and commercial property teams, you'll play a key role in supporting a high-volume plot sales caseload for well-known housebuilders and developers. The role offers variety, client contact, and the chance to build valuable experience in a specialist area of property law.

This position would suit an experienced Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Conveyancing Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and legal support on a range of plot sales and new build matters.
Prepare and draft standard documentation, contracts, and completion statements.
Liaise with clients, developers, and purchasers' solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and case management data.
Assist fee earners with file management and post-completion work.
Support with general administrative duties within the property department.

About You

Previous experience working in residential or commercial property, ideally with plot sales exposure.
Ideally you will have experience as a legal Assistant or paralegal or you will be a legal secretary looking to take a step up.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive, team-focused attitude with a client service mindset.
