Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Cardiff, Gwent (hybrid/flexible working)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established regional law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. This role offers a varied caseload and a supportive, collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities 

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including workplace, public liability, and road traffic accident claims

Provide clear, practical advice to clients

Liaise with external stakeholders where required

Maintain compliance and accurate file management

Support junior team members and contribute to team development

Requirements 

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Minimum 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience

Experience in personal injury claims (workplace accidents, PL, RTA)

Strong communication and client care skills

Collaborative and team-focused approach

Desirable:

Experience with trade unions or professional memberships (e.g., APIL)
