We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Bournemouth. This is a full-time maternity cover position starting from February half term, offering the chance to work in a nurturing environment where every child's development matters.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with EYFS standards.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with parents.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

Requirements

Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
