Route 1 are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Assembly Operatives to join their team
Salary and Shift:
* Day Shift: £12.58 per hour
* Overtime: £18.87 per hour
* Bank Holiday Overtime £25.16 per hour
* Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble modular units.
* Follow technical drawings and instructions to construct and install components.
* Work on different stages of modular construction, including framing, plaster boarding and window installation
* Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets industry and company standards.
* Assist in the movement of materials and finished products within the factory.
* Maintain a clean an organized working environment.
* Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or modular building environment (preferred but not essential).
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
* Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions efficiently.
* A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations in a factory or construction setting.
