SITE MANAGER

Location: Sunderland

Contract position
Rate: £25 per hr

We’re recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee works on a live commercial refurbishment scheme, currently progressing through key structural and internal phases. This is a hands-on management role requiring someone confident coordinating trades, managing programme delivery, and upholding site standards on a complex project with multiple concurrent packages.

What you will be doing:

* Daily site supervision and coordination of subcontractors

* Ensuring health & safety compliance across the site (RAMS, site inductions, toolbox talks)

* Managing the programme to ensure timely delivery of upcoming works

* Reporting progress to senior management and liaising with the client team

* Maintaining site records and ensuring quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

* Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects

* Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple packages

* Firestopping, M&E and screed prep exposure would be advantageous.
