Graduate Teaching Assistant - November Start
Location: Secondary Schools in Berkhamstead & Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Contract: Full-Time offered on a temporary to permanent basis

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and proactive Graduate Teaching Assistants to support a range of our busy and supportive secondary schools in the Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead areas.

Our partner schools offer a great platform to develop your confidence, build essential skills and take the first step toward a career in education. We support a large range of schools with different needs and roles including TA, SEN TA, Cover, behaviour posts as well as unqualified teaching.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting class teachers to delivery their lesson and organise classroom activities

Working with students of all abilities on both 1:1 and small groups basis to ensure progression

Help to create a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all

Develope lifelong skills and experience ideal for progressing onto a range of roles including, teacher training, SEN specialisms, psychology and many more.

What we're looking for:

A degree of any subject above a 2:2

We can support you in gaining an Enhanced DBS

Great communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for education coupled with a consistent and caring approach
