We are working with a leading UK manufacturer in their search for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team at their Ilkeston recycling facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that is dynamic, ambitious, and committed to investing in both their people and their technology.

Hours: 4 on / 4 off (Continental days & nights)

The Role
You will be responsible for:

Maintaining DC motors and associated drives

Servicing and repairing process control equipment

Electrical and/or mechanical installation work

Planned and preventative maintenance (mechanical and electrical)

Fault-finding and breakdown maintenance on industrial/process control systems

Electrical and mechanical repairs on extrusion plant and recycling equipment

The Person
We are looking for candidates with:

Mechanical and electrical installation/maintenance experience

Recognised Level 3 apprenticeship/training scheme in electrical or mechanical maintenance

Strong ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings

Previous experience maintaining and repairing PLC systems

A full UK driving licence
