I am working with the Headteacher of one of our lovely primary school’s based in Preston. They are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Early Years or Year 1 teacher (dependent on the candidate the choose) to join their loving and vibrant primary school. This position is required from September 2025 and will continue until the end of that school year so July 2026 you will need to demonstrate your clear experience of teaching to this level.
The school is a busy, friendly, Roman Catholic School and they believe that children thrive where there is a love of learning, and where children feel supported, respected and safe.
The successful applicant would need to be available to start at the beginning of September and must be able to commit to the role for the full next school year from September onwards, holding a valid and updated DBS is of an advantage.
The required experience for this role;
* Up to date knowledge and experience of the EYFS curriculum and the KS1 Curriculum
* Experience working in a Reception or a Year 1 class
* Hold a relevant teaching Qualification
