Our client a well established Financial Institution are currently looking to recruit an Account Executive to support the Business Development Director.
Administrative & Operational Support
• Manage the BDM’s calendar, schedule internal and external meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle incoming communications and respond on behalf of the BDM where appropriate.
Client & Partner Engagement
• Act as a first point of contact for clients, prospects, and professional partners.
• Organise and support client review meetings, including preparation of client packs and documentation.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and networking opportunities to support business development efforts.
Business Development & Marketing Support
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and pitch documents.
• Conduct research on prospective clients, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
• Support the BDM in managing introducer relationships and partnership agreements.
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all client and business development documentation complies with FCA regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of compliance reports and audit materials.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
Project & Process Management
• Support the implementation of new business initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving advisers, paraplanners, and administrators.
• Monitor deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of strategic plans.
Technology & Systems
• Maintain and optimise use of CRM and workflow systems.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Financial Support Responsibilities
• Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of expense reports and budgets.
• Track business development costs and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.
• Support invoice processing, supplier payments, and liaise with finance teams.
• Maintain accurate financial records for reporting and audit purposes.
`HR Support Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment logistics including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires, including preparation of induction materials.
• Maintain employee records and support compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Help organise staff training, appraisals, and performance review documentation.
