Administrator- BT3
Belfast Mon–Thurs 8:30am–5pm, Fri 8:30am–4pm
Salary- £24k - £25k per Annum
Due to the location, access to a car would be advantageous.
Nominate Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a reputable Building Solutions company based in Belfast who are seeking an Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time, office-based role offering an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. Due to the location, access to a car would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative support to the team
* Managing and maintaining cash sales records
* Completing and recording bank lodgements
* Scanning PODs and filing documentation accurately
* Emailing invoices and supporting the finance team
* Assisting with basic credit control duties as required
Essential Criteria:
* 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
