What You’ll Be Doing

Running the day-to-day site operations for external façade works (cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen, glazing, or remediation).

*

Leading site teams and subcontractors, keeping everything safe, smooth, and on schedule.

*

Coordinating trades and logistics to make sure the façade works fit seamlessly into the wider project.

*

Keeping an eye on safety, quality, and compliance with the latest façade and fire regulations.

*

Building great relationships with clients, consultants, and designers — and being the go-to person for technical questions on-site.

*

Carrying out site inductions, toolbox talks, and making sure health & safety always comes first.

*

Checking progress against the programme and making sure milestones are met.

*

Getting hands-on with inspections, snagging, and ensuring the finished product looks and performs as it should.

What We’re Looking For

*

Someone with experience in external façades (ideally cladding, rainscreen, glazing, or remediation).

*

A natural leader who enjoys motivating people and getting the best out of a team.

*

Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and keeps projects moving forward.

*

Confident communicator — able to deal with clients, subcontractors, and designers.

*

Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and regulations.

*

Must hold SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid.

Nice-to-Haves

*

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (or equivalent).

*

Membership of CIOB or similar.

*

Experience with façade remediation under new UK Building Safety rules.
