The Role – 1:1 Mentor

You will provide tailored support to individual pupils, helping them build confidence, improve behaviour, and develop essential life skills. The role involves working closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to create positive outcomes for students facing challenges such as anxiety, low confidence, or social difficulties. A flexible, calm approach and excellent communication skills are essential.
