CNC Machinist / Inspector - 12-month contract

Salary: £31p/h + overtime (3 shift)

Location: Renfrewshire

My client is at the forefront of the global aerospace industry and this role lends perfectly for a machinist to have exposure to the wider business, potentially leading to further opportunities

As a CNC Machinist you will be doing:

Multi-skilled Engineer with the ability to use a range of machine tools manufacturing high quality aerospace components
General CNC machining, grinding, milling & turning
Working on 3-5 axis machines
You must be able to critique your own work undertaking both visually and dimensionally inspecting components
Feeding back information to Manufacturing Engineer and team
Maintaining our excellent quality standards, being an integral part of our manufacturing process

Skillet and experience - CNC Machinist

MUST HAVE completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
Control system experience
Experience in 3 and 5-axis grinding, milling turning, grinding
