HR Administrator (Fixed-Term Opportunity)
Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite and 2 days from home
Contract Type: Fixed-term 8 months

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Administrator to join our clients Team. This is a key role providing administrative HR support and serving as a first point of contact for managers and employees needing guidance on policies and procedures.
You’ll play a vital part in delivering a smooth employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle — from onboarding to ongoing support and development.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support across the HR function, including:
* Responding to HR-related queries and providing first-line advice on policies and procedures
* Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting updates to our HR system
* Managing and prioritising daily HR tasks to ensure timely delivery
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
* Working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure a consistent and customer-focused service
