This role will see the successful candidate design, install and maintain a range of BMS systems around the local area as well as performing reactive and planned maintenance on client sites. The right candidate will have knowledge of a selection of software listed below, but additional software training will be given.

BelimoThe Role:

Design BMS architecture and control systems per project requirements
Supervise and perform the installation of BMS hardware and wiring
Configure and program BMS controllers and HMIs as well as perform system testing and troubleshooting
Conduct regular system inspections and preventative maintenance on client sites
Analyse building data to optimise energy performanceThe Person:

Full drivers licence
Proven experience in a BMS Engineer role
