Our client is a fast-growing consultancy seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead and develop their marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing strategy in a dynamic, forward-thinking business, and to make a real impact on brand visibility, lead generation, and overall growth.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and day-to-day delivery across all areas of marketing. You will be remote based with occasional travel to Gloucestershire and other UK events. This role has a starting salary off up to £55,000.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals
Manage website, email, and social media content to increase engagement and generate leads
Create high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters
Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns, events, and webinars
Refine brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms
Conduct market research to support brand positioning and identify new opportunities
Work collaboratively with internal teams and manage external suppliers when required
Skills and Attributes

Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a small business or consultancy setting
Strong skills in digital marketing (email, SEO, content, social media, analytics)
Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Canva
Excellent writing, communication, and project management abilities
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Capable of turning technical subjects into accessible, engaging content
Eligible for UK Security Clearance (or willing to undergo the process)
