A luxury mansion block situated in St John’s Wood is seeking a top notch, hands on Caretaker to be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the development and to be the first and main point of contact for all queries. Your key day-to-day duties will involve being based at the front of the building, dealing with enquiries, opening the door, security patrols, rubbish removal, brass polishing and ensuring that the communal areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Candidates must be well presented, have excellent English communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and good initiative and self-motivation.
