IT Trainer 6-month FTC – Nottingham / Hybrid - Software Trainer

A growing professional services firm is hiring an experienced IT Trainer to support the design, development, and delivery of in-house training solutions. This brand-new role will work closely with Change, L&D, and Project teams to deliver both BAU and project-specific training.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver IT Training strategy and materials across multiple formats
Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
Support users post-implementation during system changes
Administer and track training activitiesYou’ll Need:

Prior IT Training experience (legal sector essential)
Knowledge of complex systems and multiple software apps
Passion for L&D and strong technical communication skills
Training certifications (desirable)Package Includes:
