As a Customer Service Advisor, your roles and responsibilities will include…
* Ensuring customers are provided with suitable replacement vehicles
* Gathering information and evidence to assist with claims
* Handling calls and enquiries from customers, and keeping them updated
* Making sure the correct providers are chosen, based on vehicle type and cost
* Keeping the CRM and portal systems up to date and accurate
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor with he following skills and experience…
* Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor in a fast-paced environment or similar
* Insurance experience is desirable
* Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated, with great communication skills
* A strong decision maker and problem solver
* IT literate, with experience with MS Office
* Personable, positive, empathetic and compassionate
In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of £27,000 plus the following benefits…
