? **Role Overview**:
- Plan and oversee projects and business operations under your purview.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to expand our client base and promote geotechnical services.
- Manage ground investigation projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, fostering their professional growth.

? **Key Responsibilities**:
- Project management of small to large-scale ground investigation projects.
- Financial control and reporting throughout project lifecycle.
- Supervision and programming of projects in the Southeast/London area.
- Contribution to staff development and technical advancement within the team.

? **Qualifications & Skills**:
- Degree in a geotechnical discipline.
- Health and safety certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, CDM 2015).
- Strong grasp of ground investigation techniques and industry standards.
- Proficiency in data management, report compilation, and financial forecasting.
- Membership in a Professional Body and progress towards Chartered Status.
