About the role

As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring music lessons to students across various age groups and abilities. You will have the opportunity to nurture a love for music, develop students' musical skills, and contribute to the school's creative curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.

The school are looking for someone to slot into their supportive Performing Arts Department, where you will be able to work alongside experienced educators. Requirements

To be considered for the role of KS3/4 Music Teacher you will:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Specialism in Music or relevant subject area.
Experience teaching music across key stages.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
