We are currently looking for an experienced PCB Assembly Operator to support a busy electronics manufacturer on a short-term 3-week temporary assignment. Work could be extended beyond this into a permanent role.

The role:

*

Assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs)

*

Manual soldering of electronic components

*

Working with SMT and/or through-hole components

*

Visual inspection of completed boards

*

Following work instructions, drawings, and quality standards

*

Maintaining a clean and safe work area (ESD awareness)

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in PCB or electronics assembly

*

Confident with hand soldering (Essential)

*

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity

*

Able to start immediately or at short notice

*

Comfortable working in a production / bench-based environment

Desirable:

*

SMT experience

*

IPC awareness

*

Electronics manufacturing background

This role would suit someone looking for short-term work, between contracts, or available immediately.
