Freelance Project Manager / Senior Site Manager – £10m Industrial Project (Worcester)

We’re seeking an experienced Freelance manager to take the lead on a £10m industrial development in Worcester, running for approximately 35 weeks.

This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors throughout project delivery.

Drive programme, budget, and quality targets.

Ensure strict adherence to health & safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a number 1 on industrial or logistics projects of similar scale (£10m+).

Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex build programmes.

*

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach.

*

Available to start promptly and commit to the full 35-week project duration.
