The Role

As the Mobile HVAC Engineer, you’ll:

- Cover a large commercial property, providing proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Work a Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, with 30 minutes travel time.
- Service, maintain, and repair mechanical building equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, and generators.
- Undertake general maintenance duties as required, such as emergency light testing and lamp changes.

You

To be successful in the role of Mobile HVAC Engineer, you’ll bring:

- Mechanical qualifications, Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G’s.
- Experience in a facilities maintenance or building service role.
- Strong communication skills for daily client interaction.
- A proactive attitude with flexibility to support team members.
- A Full Manual UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
