Requirements for the position of Energy Assessor:

SAP experience
Understanding of Part L2, BRUKL outputs, and non-domestic energy compliance
Ability to produce accurate calculations and technical documentation
Strong communication skills for liaising with architects, engineers, and clients
Interest in developing additional skills such as TM59 / Part O / DTM

Duties and Responsibilities of an Energy Assessor:

Produce BRUKL reports and issue non-domestic EPCs
Advise design teams on compliance outcomes and energy performance
Support overheating or DTM assessments where required
Maintain project documentation and contribute to technical workflow
