Warehouse Team Leader

Hours: Full time

Salary: £15.50 per hour

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our clients successful team.

Duties of a Warehouse Team Leader

Leading and supporting a team of warehouse operatives on shift

Allocating daily tasks and monitoring workload and performance

Ensuring picking, packing, and dispatch activities are completed accurately and on time

Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping

Assisting with training and supporting new starters

Acting as a first point of contact for team queries during the shift

Escalating issues to supervisors or management when required

What we would like from a Warehouse Team Leader

Previous experience in a warehouse environment

Team leader or step-up experience is desirable

Good communication and leadership skills

Strong understanding of warehouse processes and health & safety standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example

Flexibility to work either shift pattern
