Our client, a reputable and well-established civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Engineer to join their team for a major project near Aberdeen.

? Location: Near Aberdeen
? Contract Length: 12 Months
? Rate: Competitive (DOE)

? Role Overview:

As Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering a significant infrastructure scheme, providing engineering support on earthworks, drainage, and foundation works. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor known for high standards and consistent project delivery.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Setting out for earthworks, drainage, and foundations
Ensuring technical drawings are correctly interpreted on site
Quality assurance and compliance with health and safety standards
Collaborating with site management and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
Accurate record-keeping and reporting? Requirements:

Proven experience in a site engineering role within civil engineering projects
Strong setting out skills using GPS and traditional methods
CSCS card (required)
SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
Own equipment and transport (preferred)
