With an expanding portfolio of sustainable HVAC and renewable energy systems delivered across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, the business is committed to leading the industry in net-zero building services and design excellence.
From designing landmark developments in London to advising Senior Government officials on national energy strategies, they’ve positioned themselves as market leader in the low-carbon engineering space. Now, with ambitious plans to triple the size of their design team over the next five years, and backed by a £70 million investment, they are strengthening their presence in Bristol and seeking driven engineers to join the mission.
The Intermediate & Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Opportunity:
We are recruiting for an Intermediate and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a permanent, full-time role based in Bristol, with hybrid flexibility (2–3 days per week in the office).
* Intermediate Mechanical Engineer: A chance to develop technical skills within detailed designs whilst also beginning to lead on own projects.
* Senior Mechanical Engineer: A strong client-facing element with leadership on flagship projects. Offers a chance to mentor and support Junior and Intermediate engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading/supporting the mechanical design of plantrooms and ground source heat pump systems for residential and commercial projects.
* Produce detailed design layouts, schematics, and technical documentation for installations, including plant rooms, energy centres, and low-temperature heating systems.
* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from concept through to completion.
