Pay Rate: £16.34/ hour
           OT £18.78/ hour
Contract Type: Full-time, ongoing
Shifts: ROTATING (Days & Lates)
Day Shift:

Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
Friday: 06:00 – 12:00Late Shift:

Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 01:00 
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse operation in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established company, offering regular shifts, great rates of pay, and a supportive team environment.
You will be responsible for operating Reach Truck/ Counterbalance and PPT trucks, supporting warehouse activities, and ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently. If you’re a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
 
Key Responsibilities

Operate Reach Truck/ Counterbalance and PPT forklifts safely and efficiently
Carry out line walking and general warehouse duties as required
Pick, move, and store stock accurately according to site standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Process orders efficiently and meet daily production targets
Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients 
Requirements

Valid Reach Truck/ Counterbalance and PPT licenses (in date)
Previous warehouse or production experience
Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
Good level of spoken and written English
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A reliable and team-focused attitude
