Salary: Circa £42,000 + £9.5k Capped Commission+ Southern Supplement (where applicable) + Company EV

The Role
You’ll take ownership of a large and varied territory across the South and Southeast -including London, the Home Counties, and the West Country. Your mission? To promote and sell a trusted range of highway safety products, from bollards and road signs to winter and water safety solutions.
You’ll build strong relationships with local authorities, highways contractors, and consultants, supporting them with product demonstrations, exp,ert advice, and the kind of service that keeps them coming back. Your week will be a mix of client visits, lead follow-ups, and spotting fresh opportunities across your region.

You’re happy managing a wide geographic patch, you’re confident presenting face-to-face, and you’ve got a knack for building rapport and trust. A full UK driving licence is essential -and so is a positive, proactive mindset.
