A national commercial vehicle fleet management business, operating multiple depots across the UK, is recruiting qualified HGV Technicians to join its IRTEC-accredited workshop in Dartford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Technician looking for strong pay, structured shifts, and long-term development within a professional fleet environment.

The Role

*

Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on HGVs

*

Ensure work is completed to required standards and repair orders

*

Maintain a right-first-time approach

*

Work closely with the VMU Manager on additional repairs and parts

*

Accurately record time and maintain a clean, safe workshop

Requirements

*

NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 (essential)

*

Experience working on HGVs in a fleet or commercial environment

*

Confident using workshop IT systems

*

Safety-focused, reliable, and team-oriented

Desirable:

*

Class 1 (C+E) licence

*

Tail lift experience

Shifts & Pay

*

Day Shift – 4 on 4 off: up to £21.37 p/h (approx. £46,794)

*

Night Shift – 4 on 4 off: up to £24.44 p/h (approx. £53,516)
