Company Overview

We are a well-established HVAC specialist based in Aldershot, providing top-tier heating and renewable energy solutions across the South of England. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Heat Pump Service and Repair Engineer to join our team.

Role Overview

This is a field-based role primarily covering domestic heat pump systems across West London to Aldershot. You’ll be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of a variety of air source heat pumps, with a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Service and repair of domestic air source heat pump systems

* Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently

* Complete relevant paperwork and service reports

* Participate in a 1-in-6 call-out rota

* Deliver a high standard of customer care

Requirements

* Proven experience working with air source heat pumps

* Ideally familiar with Mitsubishi systems (other brands also considered)

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Full UK driving licence

* F-Gas certification (advantageous but not essential if heat pump-focused)
