We're looking for a Tour Administrator to package History and Sports Tours for Educational Visits
⦁ Tour operating support to TCs from New Enquiry through to Post-Tour stages for school groups as directed.
⦁ General support to tour coordinators as directed by Managers.
⦁ Organise Consultation Visits and presentations and liaising with the guide team.
⦁ Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications to administer the operation of the tour.
⦁ Liaising with suppliers in UK and overseas to confirm services and finalise details.
⦁ Data entry and data cleansing on an in-house tour management system.
⦁ Assisting with credit control.
⦁ Awareness of the Company's Safety Management System.
⦁ Assist in identifying improvements to work organisation and procedures etc.
⦁ Providing a range of administrative support as required which may include GDPR, H&S and office facilities
⦁ General office duties.
⦁ Occasional travel in the UK and abroad to learn more about our products at first hand
