German Speaking IT Support Agent
Location: Wigan
Salary: Up to £30,000
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday , 8am - 4pmMy client based in Wigan is looking to recruit a fluent German Speaking Helpdesk / 1st Line Technical Support Advisor to work out of their main office on a permanent basis, offering a salary of up to £30,000.
As a Helpdesk Advisor you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls and e-mails from both German and English speaking customers, ensuring the service you provide is thorough and customer centric.
Job Description:
Provide 1st line support to all end users globally
Incident Management and Resolution
Escalation to Tier 2 when unable to resolve issues
To provide an excellent customer service experience whilst managing customer expectation
To manage faults, requests and enquiries on behalf of the customerPerson Specification:
Fluent English and German language skills
Previous experience within a technical support role
