Immediate start, Full Time.

Responsibilities

* Supporting with generalist Employee Relations

* Dealing with HR Cases – Grievances or Disciplinaries

* Managing Employee records

* Advising line managers of processes and next steps to follow

* Onboarding/offboarding employees

Desirables

* CIPD Level 5 qualified or knowledge within HR role

* Two years’ plus experience in generalist Employee relations & providing advisory HR support to line managers
