The school and role 

A school in the local authority of Rochdale is requiring a Teaching Assistant to join their team of Teachers and Level 3 Teaching Assistant staff group. You will be required to enhance the classroom in the absence of the teacher with excellent behaviour management, a proactive nature and looking for jobs to complete. Working in either (KS1 or KS2) you will be proficient in Maths, English and Science at varying levels.

Requirements 

To be considered for the Teaching Assistant, you will: 

Level 3 or significant experience in school.
ECTS, Teachers and NQTs will be considered.
Will have recent experience working in either KS1 or KS2 or who understands the key components of both areas of primary education.
A constructive and positive attitude towards learning and development
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
A desire to work within a school that values continuous improvement and professional growth
