Supply Desk is seeking a committed Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Watford on a full-time basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with classroom experience or a graduate looking to take their first steps into teaching.

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across multiple subjects
Maintain positive behaviour and keep students on task
Support students during lessons, promoting a safe and respectful learning space
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement
Ensure materials and work are completed and returned as directed

You Will Need To:

Have previous school or youth work experience (preferred)
Be confident in managing classroom behaviour
Stay calm and professional under pressure
Show flexibility across different subjects and year groups
Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check
